THE ABBOTSKERSWELL PHOTOGRAPHIC ARCHIVE
In 2017 AbbPast was awarded its third HLF grant, and part of the project entitled Abbotskerswell; Revealing its History, was to create a digital archive of the many village photograghs that we had acquired.
This is a long term project as there over 500 photographs that need to be uploaded onto the Flickr account that we have created. However, you can access the archive by clicking here - photographic archive
Keep looking at the archive as it grows, as there will be some splendid images of all aspects of village life, some are in the books in the Abbotskerswell Village History Series, but many are not. During the Covid-19 'Lockdown' we posted a photograph each day on the 'Spotted Abbotskerswell' Facebook site.
